Maybe they should have been concentrating on hockey instead of having a vacation with there dad's! Don't they have all off season to spend time with
there family's? I'm sure they have enough money to go golfing with there dad on there own time.
Happy, the ball itself has it's own energy or life force if you will, it's natural environment is in the hole. So why don't you send him home. His
bags are packed, he's got his airplane ticket. Bring him to the airport. Send him home!

It was certainly sweet to see them come out and shit the bed against a tired Phx team who played a tough game in Col the night before, while the Hawks had been
resting in Phx for 2 days.
Fucking sickening. |

Part of me thinks you're looking into the whole DAD thing too much. I think it was a hell of a nice thing for the organization to do for the players and
their pops. However, I'm also one who complained about the red carpet event at the home opener and feels that sometimes things like this can be too much of
a distraction as opposed to having the intended affect of being a good thing.
When the day is done, I'd like to believe that the players lace up the skates and forget about anything that happened outside of their game routine.

We are making too much of this.

It's hard to play tough hockey when you are coming off a good steak, a massage, and a pedicure.

And if the Hawks would have won, you all would be saying that the Dad's should be with the team all season long.

The Dad's weren't to blame for two goals worth of Campbell's bullfighter defensive style...Ole!
They're always conniving and scheming. Sometimes they do both! I call that...Schenniving!

If anything they are pressing because all there Dad's are there.

That's right. Trying to play extra better to show off to their dad's and a five day lay off doesn't help either.

It was a shitty game period. Nothing more nothing less. Happens to every team in every sport
btw the Yotes are playing good so far. |

When I heard the Hawks were doing this I was surprised, quite a distraction to say the least, partying with their dads all day on the golf course eating like
Kings then when it's time to get down to business where's your head at? These guys really do live the life they're so lucky but I'm not shocked
they're 0 for 2 so far.

just saw Patrick Sharp's father come off the plane last night(Thunder Bay), noticed by the Blackhawks' carry on bag...

I think too much was made of this being a distraction and responsible for our mediocre play on that trip. I think the bonding the guys were able to get out of
it will bring this already tight knit squad even closer together. It will pay dividends in the long run. Maybe someone will jump in to help when Buff is being
attacked by the entire Cansucks team next time!
